Smile like you mean it

I have no particular care for what other people do on the dance floor, so long as it doesn’t involve bumping into me. But, of late, I have noticed that I really like watching people who smile while they dance. Now I don’t mean the forced rigor mortis grimmace of the ballroom but the genuine smile of the people who take the time to enjoy what they are dancing.

Well then you’d really dislike watching me move around the floor!
I’ve noticed variants of ‘tango-faces’ over time – some goofy, some sublime, some child-like….
    and then there’s the scaredy-tango-face-from-Hallowe’en….
    – would turn milk it would (or so I’m told :-)

No matter how hard I try to remember to ease-up, the concentration in the rest of the dance does tend to remove the last screed of energy to ‘waste’ on facial muscles….

Though I like to think I make up for it at the end of the song at least, with a big smile being the norm…. at least I know it can be scary ;-)

I wouldn’t dislike, I’d simply not be drawn to watch.
