   I empathise with those hard working people. So many things are hard work when one is learning and has doubts about their abilities.

   I agree that the first steps out onto the dance floor are hard work. But your goal once out there is to be comfortable and relaxed. Ok this may certainly take a while but eventually you will become comfortable on the dance floor and that eventually will come sooner if you do not complicate your steps.
