The Walk and Forward Ochos.

So much more delicate and nuanced than backward ochos, which makes them quiet a difficult thing to teach to beginners. Well not so much difficult as requiring layers and revisiting. Lucky for me then that I have set this up as a cycle and will be able to revisit it again.
